Your order processing times are separate from the shipping times that you will see at the checkout. 


All orders are processed within 2 to 24 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Most items are kept in stock, however, less common bike makes and models are made to order. You will receive another notification when your order is ready to be shipped. 


For all Australian orders over $500 shipping is free.

For unders under $500 a shipping calculator from Australia Post will determine the cost. 


For services or handle bar kits only- the Express Post Small Satchel is the correct size. 

For one damper kit- the Express Post Medium Satchel is the correct size.

For two down under kits- the Express Post Large Satchel is the correct size. 

For two top mount kits- the Express Post Extra Large Satchel is the correct size.

For all other international orders: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Most metropolitan areas have the option to choose two different shipping options. Rural or remote areas, may only have one option.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MSC Products Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the order amount minus 10% stocking fee and the shipping costs for the return. For our full returns policy, please click here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
